Separated Pressurized Solar Water Heater

This separated pressurized solar water heater adopts separated vertical indoor tank and outdoor solar collector design, with SUS304 food-grade stainless steel inner tank and 55-60mm PU insulation layer. The differential temperature control station drives antifreeze liquid circulation, max working pressure up to 6bar, supporting electric/gas auxiliary heating for all-weather hot water supply. The heat pipe vacuum tube can resist -35°C cold weather, widely applied for residential villa heating, domestic hot water and floor heating system.

Features:

· The upright tank can make the water temperature to a high level. It can hot the water instantly.

· The tank inside the building, the hot water loses less energy than the normal one.

· The heater collector and the water tank is separated, that makes the system combine with the building perfectly, which will reduce the sightseeing for the building and environment around.

· Back up with electric heater so that in the day without sunshine hot water can also be used.

· Can be combined with gas or electric heater.

· Max. Pressure: 12bar; Operating Pressure: 6 bar.

· It can be used for other function, such as waring.

Working principle:

The collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation.When the temperature of the collector reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically.The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
